What You’ll Do:

As a DMC Leisure USA DPS Staff, you’ll work closely with your team to make sure everything goes perfectly for MyBus tours. Here’s what you will be doing:

Tour Planning and Development

• You will help plan new tours and make sure the products meet customer needs.
• You will work with the team to organize buses, guides, admissions, show tickets, Amtrak tickets, restaurant bookings, and more.
• You will find ways to make the tours better and help the company make more money.

Tour Operations

• You’ll handle any issues that come up, like weather delays, traffic problems, or cancellations.
• You’ll answer questions from the Sales team and travel agencies.

Customer Service

• You will communicate regularly with your team, asking for help when needed.

Other Duties

• You will help with monthly financial reports for tours and keep track of costs and profits.
• You’ll help set up promotions for customers and travel agencies to help bring in more business.
• You’ll help improve the customer experience by offering personalized assistance and working with the Sales team to provide the best service possible.
