As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in managing food and drink services at Wrigley Field, home of the famous Chicago Cubs. Your job will be to oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage services, making sure everything runs smoothly, and that our guests have a great experience. You will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring food and drinks are high-quality, and helping create an amazing atmosphere for fans at the ballpark.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee food and beverage operations at Wrigley Field, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Manage a team of staff, including training, scheduling, and helping them do their best work.
- Make sure all food and drinks are high-quality, safe to eat, and served on time.
- Work with other departments to make sure the venue is ready for games and events.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Manage inventory and supplies to make sure we always have enough food, drinks, and other supplies.
- Track and manage costs, making sure we stay within budget while still providing great service.
- Assist with customer service to ensure our guests have an excellent experience.
- Help plan and organize special events at Wrigley Field, such as concerts or baseball games.
