Job Description

You’ll greet customers, help them find the best coffee for their needs, and show them how to use Nespresso products to make great coffee at home.

You will work in a team to meet sales goals, provide excellent service, and share your love of coffee with others. Nespresso is all about making coffee a great experience for everyone, and we need someone who is excited to help us do that!

What You Will Do:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
• Help customers find the right coffee products for them.
• Share your knowledge about coffee and teach customers how to use our coffee machines.
• Meet sales goals and help the store achieve team sales targets.
• Be a part of a team that works together to create a positive and fun store environment.
• Assist with stocking shelves and keeping the store neat and organized.
