7. Keeping the Membership Database Updated

You’ll need to make sure that the membership database is up-to-date, which includes keeping accurate records of contact information and personal details about each member.

8. Reporting to the Executive Director

From time to time, you will need to create reports about membership details and other activities to keep the Executive Director informed.

9. Maintaining Membership Files

You’ll take care of organizing and updating hard copy files, ensuring they are kept neat, secure, and easy to access when needed.

10. Helping with Special Events

Working with the Executive Director, you’ll help organize spiritual and social events, making sure everything goes smoothly and members enjoy these gatherings.

11. Managing Death Notification & Honor Guard Processes

If a member passes away, you’ll help with the death notification process. This includes reaching out to the Honor Guard Committee, sending out emails, and updating records.
