Job Description
As a Houseperson Lead, your job will be to make sure that the resort’s linen and cleaning areas are always well-organized. You will play an important role in keeping things running smoothly by helping with many different tasks. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Linen Management: You will count the linens every month, make sure they are well-stocked, and keep everything clean and organized in the linen storage areas.
- Cleaning and Organizing: You will help keep the loading dock clean and make sure the resort looks its best at all times.
- Teamwork and Leadership: You will help train and supervise other team members. You’ll also help improve how the resort looks by giving feedback and suggestions.
- Guest Requests: You will assist guests with any requests they have, helping to make their stay more enjoyable.
- Furniture and Supplies: You will help move furniture when needed and deliver supplies to the rooms.
- Cleaning: You will use special cleaning equipment to clean carpets in the rooms and clear out linen and trash from the floors.
- Repairs: You will fix vacuums and other cleaning equipment when necessary.
The Houseperson Lead is an important role because you will be helping to make sure that everything at the resort is running smoothly and guests are happy.
